Mr. Bobby Welch, Executive Director

Mr. Bobby Welch is our Executive Director. Before coming to the Rutledge Center, Mr. Welch was employed with the Coweta County School System for 33 years. He retired from the CCSS in 1994 as its Superintendent. He lives in Newnan with his wife, Geraldine. They have two adult children and five grandchildren.
